At Highheels, we want you to love every step you take; if your new pair isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all protective heel films.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Shoes
Place the shoes in their original designer box and secure them inside a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned footwear, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
